The lake
Como’s lake, for centuries a world’s top touristic destination. Its beaches and kristal’s waters are a dream for both whos are searching for relax and whos are looking for adrenaline. The coasts are full of beaches, everyone with its peculiar points of strength, like water sport or infrastructure. A few minutes driving from our house you can find the equipped beach of Mandello del Lario.
Art and architecture
Milano, Como, Lecco, Varenna, Bellagio. The most important touristic destination on the Como’s lake can all be reached within an hour's drive (or by public transport) from our house. But during your stay you will discover that something more is waiting for you: little fishman’s towns, mountain villages where life still flows slowly, following seasons’ rhythms, monastery and medieval churches. The lake of Como is an endless shrine of little hidden pearls: going to discover its could be the best part of your holiday.
Nature
Our house is exactly by the slopes of the mountains. By foot, within a couple of minutes, you can by on the starting point of the main trails of the Grigne, on the Italian Alps. Furthermore, just some steps away from the house's door, you can find the “Sentiero del Viandante”, a very interesting trekking route alongside the est branch of Como’s lake, to discover and admire it from unique perspectives.
